Artist Assistant
The Artist Assistant acts as the intermediary between the artist(s) and the front of house staff. An ideal candidate will function as an ambassador for the University of Chicago Presents while hosting the artists backstage. He/She should also possess a love and respect for classical music, as well as a desire to learn the rewarding aspects of concert production. Specific responsibilities include preparing the hall for the arrival of the artist(s)' prior to performance, replenishing backstage amenities, caring for the artist(s) needs and restoring the back stage area following the concert. The majority of the work will take place at the concert venue.

Concert Dress
Professional business attire - nice pants/skirt and shirt/blouse or dress.

All Concert Interns may be given additional duties/responsibilities that are not listed here. Job descriptions are subject to change.

Salary
Salary will be distributed once-twice per quarter and will be one lump sum per concert.
