Concert Office Intern
Concert Office Interns will gain valuable experience in all aspects of concert marketing and production. Responsibilities include postering around campus, coordinating regular bulk mailings, assisting backstage and general office management including: answering the phones, filing, organizing press clippings, typing and assisting patrons with ticket and seating requests. S/he will also assist with ticket and CD sales at the concerts when needed. The majority of the work will occur at the UCP office – 5720 S. Woodlawn.

**Customer service experience and strong computer skills preferred.

Concert Office Intern’s responsibilities

  • Postering Campus
    There are two poster routes on campus (North and South).
  • Bulk Mailings
  • General Office Management
  • Concert production
    At concerts the Concert Office interns may be requested to assist with the following jobs:
    • Ticket sales in the box
    • CD sales during intermission and after the concert
    • Back stage and on stage moving stands and equipment
    • House Manager/Artist Assistant/Usher

All Concert Interns may be given additional duties/responsibilities that are not listed here. Job descriptions are subject to change.

Concert Dress
Professional business attire – nice pants/skirt and shirt/blouse or dress.

Salary
Hourly wage salary, based on individual duties above, will be distributed once-twice per quarter and will be one lump sum per concert.
