Laureate of the Queen Elisabeth Competition, Kazakh violinist Ruslan Talas' musical journey has been shaped by the European, Russian, and Kazakh violin traditions. He is joined by "aristocrat of the piano" (Forth Worth Star Telegram) Luigi Carroccia for a program of beloved repertoire for violin and piano, including Beethoven's charming Violin Sonata No. 1, Schubert's sparkling Rondò brillant, and Franck's lush Sonata in A Major.
