Recorder virtuoso Tabea Debus is “one of the most exciting young musicians in the early music world.” (Classic FM) In An Eye for Music, Debus and her colleagues offer a glimpse of an unimaginable medical past through the music of both Bach and Handel, blind recorder player Jacob van Eyck, and visionary medieval polymath Hildegard von Bingen, an early writer on eye colors.

This concert is presented with generous support from Louise K. Smith.
