When You Arrive

• Need Assistance?
  Our ushers, Box Office staff, and House Manager are here to help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
   
• Lobby Seating
  Lobby seating is limited and varies by venue. Please be considerate of patrons who may need a seat while waiting.
   
• Accessibility Services
  We are committed to making performances accessible for all. Assisted listening devices, large-print programs, sensory tools and fidgets, earplugs (helpful for amplified performances), sunglasses, and handheld fans are available upon request. We ask that you return all items to the desk when the performance is complete, with the exception of earplugs. If you need assistance, please speak with a member of our staff.
   
• Doors Open
  Performance doors open approximately 30 minutes before show time. For pre-show lectures, doors open about 15 minutes before the event begins. Seating is open for pre-show events; you'll be asked to move to your ticketed seat before the performance.
   

Box Office & Ticketing

• Ticket Buyers
  Show your mobile or printed ticket at the auditorium entrance. If you need assistance with your ticket, the Box Office can help.
   
• Complimentary Ticket Holders
  If your complimentary ticket has not been emailed to you, visit the UChicago Presents table in the lobby (find the UChicago Presents tablecloth) to pick up your printed ticket.
   

Late Arrivals

• Ticket Buyers
  If you arrive after the venue doors close, our House Manager will find an appropriate time to seat you. You will be seated in alternative seats and may be able to move to your ticketed seat at intermission, if there is one. We may be unable to seat you later than 30 minutes after the start of the performance.
   
• Complimentary Ticket Holders
  Complimentary tickets are held until 10 minutes after venue doors close. After that, unclaimed seats may be released to standby guests. Late arrivals may not be admitted, depending on ticket availability and demand.
   

During the Performance

• Be Considerate
  Please silence your phone and refrain from talking during the performance. Applause, laughter, and other expressions of appreciation are encouraged. If you need to leave the auditorium, do so quietly. Re-entry may be delayed until an appropriate break.
   
• Photography & Video
  Photography and recording are not permitted during the performance. You're welcome to take photos before or after the show, during intermission, or in the lobby. If you share them, tag @uchicagopresents.
   
• Lost & Found
  Lost or found an item? Please visit the UChicago Presents table in the lobby.
