Support

UChicago Presents is a vibrant community comprised of hundreds of avid concert-goers, whether subscribers or single-ticket buyers, and we continue to grow, both in audience and in offererings. But did you know that ticket sales only account for 30% of UChicago Presents’ budget? UChicago Presents relies heavily on the support of its patrons and community to make the diverse and engaging concerts we produce possible.

The generous contributions made to UChicago Presents support both the high-level of artistic programming on the series and the outreach programs we provide, including matinee performances for Chicago Public Schools students and the Sponsor-a-Student program, which offers free tickets to University students. A gift made directly to the Sponsor-A-Student program allows students who would otherwise be unable to attend concerts to enjoy the life-enhancing experience of live music. It is a gift that not only helps the individual who receives it, but also helps diversify the audience and ensures a new generation of music lovers.

Your gift to UChicago Presents will enable us to continue to provide the concerts and events that enrich your life in Chicago, and they will help to secure the future of the series for the next generation.

All gifts are tax-deductible and will be acknowledged with a letter for this purpose. For further information, contact the UCP Concert Office at 773.702.8068. To contribute online, visit the University's Giving site and select Humanities: UChicago Presents.
