Full Season Subscription Renewal Instructions
The following instructions will allow you to renew the SAME subscription and seats you had previously for FULL SEASON subscriptions. If you wish to MAKE CHANGES to your subscription types, seats, or need any other assistance with your renewal, please call the Box Office at (773) 702-2787, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Click here to login to your customer account on our website.
- Under Existing Users, click “Log in to your account here.”
- Enter the email address where you receive UChicago Presents announcements. You may use the “Forgot your password?” option to reset your password. A new temporary password will be emailed to you. If you are unable to access your account, please call the Box Office for assistance.
- Click “Add to Order” under “UChicago Presents – 2026/27 Subscription Renewal” to put your renewal in the Shopping Cart. (Note: clicking “Decline Offer” will release your subscription renewal seats, and you will no longer have the option of renewing your same series and seats online.) Once you click “Add to Order,” you can review your subscription details, including performances and seats included in your subscription.
- Scroll down and click “Continue” if everything looks correct.
- For FULL SEASON SUBSCRIBERS, you will automatically RSVP for The Long Walk: 1,674 Days. This is a free event and will not alter the price of your package. Press "Select" to add tickets to your package, or "Close" to continue your transaction.
- To include a gift with your renewal, enter it in the Make A Gift pop up box and click “Make Gift.” (Your gift will appear as another item in your cart.) Click “OK” in the next box when it asks you to update your cart. Scroll down and click “Continue”.
- Select your preferred delivery method. Mailed tickets will be delivered in September. Emailed tickets will be sent approximately two weeks before the start of each production.
- Please review and update your Billing information if necessary. You do not need to set separate Shipping information if Shipping address is the same as Billing address.
- Click “Continue.”
- Select how you’d like to pay.
- Click “Buy” to finalize your order and submit your renewal.
Flex Pass (and formerly Curated) Subscription Renewal Instructions
The following instructions will allow you to renew or purchase a FLEX PASS Subscription, our new, unified offering for Curated and Flex subscribers from 2025-26. Please note: Purchasing a Flex Pass online will automatically place you in the best available seats that remain in each venue.
If you wish to CHANGE seats, subscription details, or need any other assistance, please call the Box Office at (773) 702-2787, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Click here to start building your Flex Pass subscription. For renewing Curated subscribers, performances are listed by genre to ensure you can renew based on Curated subscription package types from previous seasons.
- Select the quantity of subscriptions you'd like to purchase, and scroll down to select the fall, winter, and spring performances you would like to add to your Flex Pass. Click “Continue.” (Minimum purchase 3 tickets, excluding The Long Walk: 1,674 Days, which is a free, public performance.)
- Review and confirm your selection by clicking “Continue.” (If you need to edit your selection, click “Try Again.”)
- Review the details of your subscription in the Cart. Click “Continue” to proceed.
- A pop up message will appear on your screen to RSVP for The Long Walk: 1,674 Days. This is a free event and will not alter the price of your package. Press "Select" to add tickets to your package, or "Close" to continue your transaction.
