2020/21 Refund and Exchange Policy

In light of the great uncertainty presented by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, UChicago Presents is offering an amended ticket refund and exchange policy for the 2020/21 concert season.

Ticket holders to any canceled or rescheduled performance in the 2020/21 season will have the option to exchange their ticket(s) for another performance, apply the value of the ticket(s) as a credit on their account (to use in the 2020/21 or 2021/22 seasons), contribute the value of their ticket(s) as a donation to UChicago Presents, or request a full refund.

Any ticket holder who is unable to attend a 2020/21 performance for health reasons may also exchange their ticket(s), apply the value of their ticket(s) as a credit on their account, contribute the value as a donation to UChicago Presents, or request a full refund, no questions asked.
