Sarod grand master Amjad Ali Khan is joined onstage by his sons Amaan Ali Bangash and Ayaan Ali Bangash for a celebration of the sarod, a string instrument from the Indian subcontinent. Credited with reinventing the technique of playing the sarod, the trio is currently appointed as the Don Michael Randel Ensemble-in-Residence at the University of Chicago. Join us as Amjad Ali Khan leads the group in an impressive display of technical prowess and effortless artistry.
